OM Consult & Event extends the Festival of Lights in the capital into the early morning hours. At the new Festival of Lights Club Nights, light and the legendary Berlin beat merge in selected clubs into a perfect symbiosis, capturing the city’s incomparable vibe and bringing it straight to the dance floor.

LIGHT EXPERIENCE

On October 16th, MAAYA transforms into an immersive landscape of light and sound as part of the FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS. Large-scale projection mappings and visuals illuminate the facades, walls, greenery, and various areas of MAAYA, with African and Afro-diasporic music taking center stage in the production. Images, colors, movement, and sound merge into an audiovisual journey through diverse perspectives of the African continent and its diaspora—ranging from urban metropolises and nature to fashion, digital art, pop culture, and futuristic imagery. Tradition, present, and future blend through light and sound. Musically, LIGHTS OF AFRICA spans Afro House, Amapiano, Afro Tech, Kuduro, Gqom, Highlife, Afrobeats, and electronic music.

FROM LIGHT INTO THE NIGHT

When the evening projections end, the experience continues in the club. The FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS CLUB NIGHT connects the festival’s visual world with MAAYA’s unique atmosphere. Visuals and light installations move from the outdoor area into the night, accompanying live DJs and electronic and African sounds. Projection mapping, club culture, music, and light unite into a shared audiovisual experience—to see, hear, and dance to.

TECHNO/TRANCE CLASSICS – FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS OPENING EVENT

Light art meets club culture: Techno and trance classics in the heart of the Festival of Lights Berlin A true highlight for all electronic music lovers at this year’s Festival of Lights Berlin! An inner courtyard serves as the backdrop for an event that blends spectacular art projections with the legendary techno and trance sounds of the ’90s and 2000s. Leading this musical journey is a true Berlin icon: DJ Johann de Beers. His career began in the early days of the rave scene in the ’90s at the KitKatClub; to this day, he continues to shape the city’s nightlife. Together with fellow DJs, he’ll transform the courtyard into a pulsating open-air venue. Whether you’re an old-school raver from the very beginning or part of the new generation of music fans—get ready for a feast for the senses that will make the courtyard glow!

On Saturday, October 10, two Berlin-based psychedelic music crews will present the best they have to offer—with an international lineup. They are known for their outstanding decorations and light installations at their events. Located right near Friedrichstraße, they’ll create a one-of-a-kind interplay of music and light for one night at a brand-new venue—an experience guaranteed to transport you to a parallel world unlike any other. From techno to dark, psychedelic sounds, there’s a wide variety of genres to discover. Accompanied by live-controlled light installations, it’s an experience for all the senses!

MONDAY IN THE CITY

Festival of Lights and PKH turn Monday into a night out, too. While Berlin-Mitte glows outside in the light of the installations, two dance floors open up inside for electronic music, cool drinks, and a relaxed start to the week. No big weekend program—just great music, open doors, and nightlife right in the heart of Friedrichstraße. Just the right stop for anyone who doesn’t want to head home just yet after attending the festival over the weekend.

Tuesday evening, Berlin-Mitte, Festival of Lights: The city continues to glow, and we’re providing the soundtrack. Two dance floors feature electronic music, even cooler drinks, and plenty of space to keep the evening going for a few more hours after the light installations wrap up. At the intersection of art, architecture, and club culture, an exciting new hotspot is emerging right on Friedrichstraße. Festival of Lights, but with more bass.

GLXY RAVE

From the depths of outer space, a new, extraterrestrial event series is landing in Berlin Mitte on October 16: GLXY RAVE. Across multiple floors, hardgroove, abstract techno, trance, and bouncy sounds meet raw architecture, lighting, and a futuristic warehouse vibe. With the GLXY Newcomer Empowerment Contest, the next generation of DJs also gets the chance to secure a spot in the lineup—and to win prizes that make it easier to break into the world of music production. IRRENHOUSE – FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS CLUB NIGHT CLOSING

On October 17, Berlin’s legendary “Irrenhouse”—created by and featuring the multi-talented Nina Queer—will transform the new PKH Warehouse on Dorotheenstraße into a gigantic total work of art. Get ready for a night where the boundaries between club culture and an immersive art exhibition completely disappear!

Electronic Floor: Dance in the midst of art: Here, expansive light installations meet pulsating club beats. The visual highlights come directly from Nina Queer’s private art collection; she has been known for her spectacular light installations for over 20 years. Light, shadow, fog, and bass merge into a world where you’re not just standing on the sidelines, but dancing right in the middle of the art. On the decks: DJ ELEETE, Stefan Biniak, and Alex Blume send electronic energy coursing through the warehouse.

Pop Floor: The Here & Now: Not some dusty oldies party, but a pop floor for the present! DJ U-7 and DJ Zaro—two of Germany’s hottest pop DJs right now—come together. With an unerring sense for the crowd, they’ll deliver brand-new pop music, surprising mixes, and anthems that make standing still simply not an option.

Drag, Comedy & Berlin Madness: Get ready for the ultimate entertainment: Nina Queer, Sascha Glam, and Katy Bähm present a sharp-tongued drag comedy show blending glamour, Berlin sass, and total loss of control.
